Bio

I grew up on the Westbank of New Orleans and attended Archbishop Shaw High School.  I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Administration from the College of Business Administration at the University of New Orleans.  I love the restaurant business and worked as a manager and waiter for seven years.  I thoroughly enjoy selling seafood / specialty products to chefs and food service people.  Hobbies and interests include fishing, football, riding jet skis, working out / exercising and relaxing (not necessarily in in that order!).  My wife and I also enjoy attending church services for personal and relationship growth.
